Command Center

Added a Command Center (⌘K) for faster access to common actions, search, settings, import, export, and navigation. (please not history and metadata shortcuts have been changed to accommodate this new feature)

Improvements, including faster first results and clearer timestamp loading feedback.

Faster project opening for larger transcripts.
Faster transcript scrolling, filtering, search, and reorder handling.
Added quick export from the transcription more menu (TXT, SRT, etc.)
Improved transcript loading reliability, especially when opening projects, switching variants, or returning to a project.
Improved the visible silence rows in the transcript so removed silence can be reviewed and restored more clearly.
Fixed an edge case where the transcript could briefly show an empty state even though transcript data existed.
Improved disabled, enabled, silence, filler, profanity, and low-confidence filtering behavior.
Improved inline transcript edit positioning.
Improved selection behavior from transcript row handles.
Added a bottom bar progress bar to improve loading experience.

Added clearer project loading states when opening or switching projects.
Added update notifications into Action Center for a more consistent update experience.
Reduced workspace freezes during project open and search.
Improved background work scheduling so expensive jobs are less likely to block the UI.
Improved shutdown handling for pending transcript edits and database writes.
Improved handling when an account has reached its seat/device limit.
Improved relinking/import permission handling through security-scoped access.
Refined Action Center UI and export/update job states.

Improved Final Cut Pro package generation and compatibility.
Improved Final Cut Pro caption/title output validation.
Improved Resolve export title handling.
Added better support for exporting transcript sidecar files alongside Final Cut Pro exports.
