We’ve converted it to Core ML so it runs entirely on your Mac using Apple’s Neural Engine, CPU and GPU, meaning transcription is fast, efficient, and completely private with no audio ever leaving your device.

Sequence requires macOS Sequoia 15 or later and Apple Silicon, that means from M1 onwards only.

This varies on many factors but expect between 1GB-5GB of RAM while loaded in memory. Memory is automatically released after each transcription completes and the cooldown period ends.

No, not yet. However, part of the engine we’ve build does have cross-platform compatibility in mind so it will come - just can’t promise when.
