Sequence Circle Terms
Sequence Circle is a voluntary early-access programme operated by Rock Stars Unlimited Ltd. These terms supplement the Sequence Tool End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1. Early-access software
Circle builds may be unfinished, unstable, changed, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. Features and file formats may change before general release. Keep independent backups and do not rely on a Circle build for irreplaceable or business-critical work.
2. Diagnostics required while enrolled
Error reporting and technical diagnostics are required while you are a Circle member so we can identify crashes, hangs, and early-release defects. Joining Circle enables error reporting for your Sequence account and signed-in Circle builds. Reports may include app and build versions, macOS and hardware characteristics, feature and operation context, performance information, crash traces, and scrubbed technical identifiers. We configure our reporting to avoid project content, media, transcripts, account credentials, licence keys, and email addresses.
Sentry processes these reports for us as described in our Privacy Policy. Product analytics is separate and remains optional. You can stop required Circle diagnostics by leaving Circle; your previous error-reporting preference is then restored.
3. TestFlight
Circle access may be delivered through Apple TestFlight and is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Access is personal to your Sequence account. Do not share private invitations, builds, or confidential pre-release information unless we say that you may.
4. Feedback
You may choose to send feedback. You grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment to improve Sequence, while you retain ownership of any material you submit. Do not include confidential third-party information.
5. Leaving Circle
You may leave Circle at any time through your Sequence account. We may remove access where necessary for security, programme capacity, misuse, or discontinuation. Leaving Circle does not delete reports already lawfully processed; normal retention and data-rights provisions continue to apply.
6. Other terms
The End User License Agreement continues to govern the software. If these Circle terms conflict with the EULA for a Circle-specific matter, these terms apply to that matter. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
