Reframe a shot

Composition Crop lets you adjust the visible area of a video without changing the source media. Use it to improve framing, remove an unwanted edge, or prepare a shot for a different composition.

Adjust the crop

Open Composition Crop for the active project, then drag or resize the crop area in the viewer. Sequence previews the new framing immediately while keeping the full original frame available.

Variants and export

Crop settings belong to the active variant, so different versions can use different framing from the same source. Sequence carries the selected crop into finished exports and supported editor handoffs.
